Thrift+ Return A Bag Competition. January - February 2025
The prize draw is brought to you (the “Entrant”) by White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE (“White Stuff”).
ELIGIBILITY
- The Thrift+ return a bag competition (the ‘Promotion’) is only open to customers in the UK aged 18 or over.
- Employees of White Stuff or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- By entering this competition you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- White Stuff reserves the right to refuse to award any of ‘The Prize’ to anyone whom it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
- The Promotion runs from 12:00pm on Friday, 10th January 2025 until 11:59pm on Friday, 28th February 2025 (The ‘Promotion Period’).
- To enter the Promotion a customer must (i) register the Thrift+ bag with Thrift+ and (ii) return the White Stuff Thrift+ bag, during the Promotion Period.
- A customer is eligible to enter the Promotion with each White Stuff Thrift+ bag returned during the promotion period.
- Bags returned or received after the Promotion period will not be eligible.
THE PRIZE POOL
- The Prize consists of (i) a single £250 White Stuff gift voucher to spend at whitestuff.com and in White Stuff stores; and (ii) a £250 Thrift+ gift voucher to spend at thrift.plus (provided by Thrift Retail Ltd, The Foundry, 154-156 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8EN).
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
WINNER SELECTION
- All valid entries will be submitted into the prize draw and the winner(s) will be selected at random from all entries by 21st March 2025.
- The winner will be contact via email.
- The winner will be required to respond within 5 days of such notification confirming their acceptance of the prize.
- If a winner declines the prize or fails to respond within 3 business days of the notification date, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and White Stuff shall be entitled to select another winner.
GENERAL
- By entering the competition, you understand that your personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, as set out in White Stuff’s privacy policy https://www.whitestuff.com/privacy-policy/
- Your data will also be processed by Thrift+ for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize. Thrift+ will use the persona data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Your personal data will not be used by us for any other purpose unless you have provided your consent to us using your data for direct marketing.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend, vary, cancel, or suspend the prize draw at any time and without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Any changes to the prize draw Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
- White Stuff’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- White Stuff, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature, however arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
- The winner(s), in consideration of being awarded the Prize, may be required by White Stuff to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and as such, by entering the Prize Draw you are confirming that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (where requested) and a statement, or statements made by you in respect of the Prize. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to provide White Stuff with the right and licence to use the information you provide in this respect on the White Stuff website and White Stuff social media channels.
- The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.
